About
My name is Steve Grossman and I failed in the music business. Failure may be a harsh way to describe a 20 year drumming career with multiple hits, tours, endorsements, an ACM and a Grammy, but it’s the truth. I failed to accomplish my career goals and in 2001 left the music business for a career in the “Real World.”
What I got was an education.
An education about skills and principles in finance, marketing, sales, communication, process, mission, strategy and people. Skills and principles that are critical to the success of business and business people all over the world. Skills and principles that would have helped me succeed in the music business had I only known they existed.
It’s not too late for you.
If you continue to be frustrated in your attempts to live your dream, if you’re confused about the Music Industry (or any artistic career) and if you’re ready to give up and get a job in the “Real World.”
